SinoBio Biotech's purification development group has developed purification process for a wide variety of recombinant proteins. A wide range of chromatographic operations have been used for the purification of recombinant proteins (e.g. ion exchange, hydrophobic interaction, affinity, ceramic hydroxyapatitle, metal chelate, gel permeation, etc.).

- Process Development: For establishing a commercial purification protocol, suitable for large scale manufacturing of proteins. Many of these process development projects are undertaken in collaboration with the customer's process development and analytical scientists.
- Product Generation: Dedicated for the provision of protein reagents for internal use, resupply or resale, SinoBio Provides flexible services to meet you diverse requirements. Product development service coupled with SinoBio's contract protein manufacturing service can provide materials with minimal cost. SinoBio Biotech provide serial quality controls such as SDS-PAGE, HPLC, MS, MS/MS, Amino acid sequencing, and endotoxin control to ensure the quality of the final products meets research requirements.
