2010年6月，上海欣百诺生物科技有限公司与吴江东运创业投资有限公司共同投资成立了吴江近岸蛋白质科技有限公司，并推出全新品牌novoprotein，目标是打造重组蛋白质制备服务领域的旗舰企业。 企业通过了ISO9001:2008质量管理体系认证，在海外拥有众多客户，全球排名前十的制药企业中有六家已成与公司建立了长期合作关系。
 

公司作为上海市生物医药公共服务平台技术提供方，已经为全国上百多家科研院校，医院及制药企业提供了蛋白质表达纯化，工艺改进等技术服务，目前已经完成了2500个蛋白质的重组制备，开发出酶制剂、细胞因子产品数百种。
